Return unwanted products to us within 14 days of the
date on the receipt, in their original condition and with
proof of purchase, and we will happily exchange them

How to exchange or refund
1: Download the returns form here.
2: Complete the form and include it with the original invoice/receipt, plus the product/s you wish to return, to LB Trading Limited, Unit 1202,12/F Car Po Commercial Building,18-20 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central, Hong Kong.
Notes
1: Please retain copies of both the original invoice/receipt and the completed returns form, for your own reference.
2: Please ensure the returned products are properly packaged. They must reach us in original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed.
3: Please note that when returning a product, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend you return products by registered post.
4: Products are returned to rush at the customer‘s
own expense.
5: We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a
short delay.
